About Shore Thing Pools & Spas

Here at Shore Thing Pools and Spas we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction! Being this is our 18th year building pools and servicing pools and spas, we had to keep pushing the envelope to better serve our customers. So, we started this website! Working for other companies in the past has shown me what customers want and what they do not want out of a pool and spa company, and hands down treating our customers with respect and honesty right from the beginning is the best way and our number one priority. We aren’t going to raise prices and sell you things you do not need. We have talked people out of purchasing some things because they honestly didn’t need them and saved them money in the long run which our customers love about us. Due to our honesty, all our customers tell their friends and family which makes us feel like we are just that, family. At any time during the day you can get one of our knowledgeable staff members on the phone to discuss whatever is needed. It has been said that we are so friendly that conversations about family and friends are often topic, even without talk of pools and spas. All seminars that can be taken by us throughout the year we take. Not only keep up with the ever growing industry but to also help our customers with any questions they might have. We are fully licensed and insured. As well as certified w APSP being a CPO (certified pool operator) and a member of NESPA. We do this so that we DO NOT sub out any work or claim to be factory technicians when we are not. But we make sure we have the paper work to prove it when we are. And we do!
